Not that I dont care, I just havent gotten around to doing it. But with the budget cuts right now, state money is probably a little tight to find grant money for that. Not to say its not there. See politicians like to find projects like that to attach their names to to show how compassionate they are about keeping kids out of jail. Make it youth oriented and you could probably get both state and federal and private funds donated - but you better be on your game. They will want a poster child.
